Wonderful to catch up over a pub lunch with Caroline Mannings in Emsworth, plus very helpful Essaouira kitesurf tips. Then onto Midhurst for a luxurious night in Honor Merritt’s lovely house.

Quick morning jog around Cowdray Ruins before cooked breakfast, then onto Mark & Stu for a light risotto lunch in their beautiful Keepers Cottage. Then two nights at Bridgefoot with the Briggs’s;  Annie collected off her flight from Moscow, and Ben trained across from Kingston Uni to join us for dinner.
